Parent Out of State
If the parent who is to provide support lives in another state, we may be able to enforce an Oregon order by "Direct Income Withholding" to an out of state employer, if known. However, if that is not possible or successful, we must send an Interstate Request with forms you will need to complete and sign for the other state to get assistance in Establishing or Enforcing a Support Order. This process often takes considerable time.
